Fees are structured to be clear from the beginning. All amounts below are subject to applicable GST.
Monthly management
10% + GST
Of gross monthly rent, subject to a minimum monthly fee of $200 + GST.
Start-up fee
$150 + GST
A one-time fee per property when full-service management begins.
New tenant fee
$350 + GST
For a new tenant placed into a property entering or already under full management.
Lease renewal
No owner fee
No renewal fee is charged when an existing tenant renews their lease.
Tenant placement only
$1,000 + GST. For owners who will manage the ongoing tenancy themselves. Includes rental analysis, marketing, showing coordination, comprehensive screening, selection support and lease preparation.
Commercial and specialized properties
Small commercial, vacant-property and specialized management services are quoted according to the property, location, complexity and required scope. Maintenance, repairs and additional third-party services are charged separately.
