Straightforward residential pricing
10% of gross monthly rent, subject to a minimum fee of $200 per month, plus GST. A $150 start-up fee and $350 new-tenant fee apply. Existing-tenant lease renewals carry no owner fee. Maintenance and additional services are charged separately.
