With a BA in Economics and a background in financial advising, independent mortgage brokerage and hands-on property ownership, Natalija sees each rental as both a home and an investment. Domus was created after years of seeing owners—especially those with acreages and unique properties—underserved by high-volume management.
The result is direct communication, financial perspective and practical care from someone genuinely invested in the property’s success.
Straightforward fees. No renewal charge.
Full-service management is 10% of gross monthly rent, subject to a $200 monthly minimum, plus GST. A one-time $150 start-up fee and $350 new-tenant fee apply. Existing-tenant lease renewals carry no owner fee.
